30-Day Return Policy 

We offer a 30-day return period, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receiving your artwork to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your artwork must be in the same condition as when it was delivered—unframed, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase or a receipt will also be required.

 

To initiate a return, please contact us at art@ceciledevilliers.com. If your return request is approved, you will be responsible for arranging and covering the costs of return shipping.

Gelato Goods Return Policy 

​Products fulfilled through Gelato (e.g., prints, merchandise, apparel) follow Gelato’s specific return policy. Gelato items are eligible for return only if they arrive damaged, defective, or if an incorrect item was delivered. Please contact us immediately upon receiving the item, providing photos and details of the issue, so we can quickly coordinate with Gelato to resolve it. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Gelato items for other reasons such as size, type or preference.

 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your artwork immediately upon receipt. If the piece is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue promptly and work to resolve it efficiently.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We regret that sale items, commissioned artworks, personalised pieces, or gift vouchers are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges
To exchange an artwork, the quickest method is to return your current purchase. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate transaction for the new artwork.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned artwork, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note, your bank or credit card company may take some additional time to process and reflect the refund
