Processing Time
All orders are carefully prepared and packaged with intention. Please allow 2–3 business days for handling before your artwork is dispatched.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Holiday Season or Peak Periods: 5–10 business days
Please note: Delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and are outside of my direct control. I sincerely apologise for any delays caused during transit.

Lost Packages
If your package does not arrive and appears to be lost in transit, please contact me at art@ceciledevilliers.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. I will ensure a replacement is shipped at no extra cost to you.

Damaged Items
If your artwork arrives damaged, I will gladly replace it.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International buyers are welcome! However, please note that any VAT, customs fees, import duties, or local taxesimposed by your government are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee, and are the buyer’s responsibility.
